    The Historic Dock Street Theatre is home to many of the City's finest cultural institutions including Spoleto Festival USA. Charleston Stage, the resident professional theatre at the Dock Street Theatre, produces over 100 performances each season and plays to more than 49,000 patrons annually.

    The College of Charleston's beautiful and historic Sottile Theatre serves as a performance and event venue for the College and the community. In addition to the 785-seat theatre, this facility also offers several lobby areas, an outdoor balcony terrace, and a garden for reception venues.

    The party never stops at Theatre 99! As "Charleston's Home For Improv Comedy", improv is their thang, but they also offer sketch and stand up, cabaret, music, and other raucous entertainment for people who groove to something saltier than the mainstream.

  6. Woolfe Street Playhouse

    The Woolfe Street Playhouse is a 100 year old former meat packing warehouse, beautifully adapted and transformed into a state of the art theatrical facility and home to the award winning professional theater company the Village Repertory Co.
