Amanda and Dan
Franne and her late husband Mark met in New York City and married in 1971. By 1978, their family of five had settled in the Atlanta suburbs after living in three states in seven years. She began her real estate career there in 1991 after years of being a stay-at-home mom.
In 1996, Franne's husband took a job in Charleston, and she brought her real estate expertise to the Lowcountry. She started out in general brokerage and then was a site agent at Dunes West selling lots and working with custom builders. When Dunes West changed owners, she went back to general brokerage and has been helping people move ever since.
Most of her early clients were corporate relocations. They usually arrived on a Thursday, bought a home quickly, and left on Sunday or Monday. It was fun and exciting to help people relocate to a new area, just as she had relocated so many times before.
Franne is a licensed Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina, a Top Producer and a REALTOR of Distinction. Franne was chosen as the 2018 Realtor of the Year by CTAR.
Real Estate is what Franne does, and she loves her job. She has been a REALTOR® for over 27 years. She and her teammates Chari and Yvette laughingly say they work 25 hours a day, seven days a week, but that’s fine by her.
