As time goes on, I take my days less and less seriously. Even though I’m a widow I consider myself “blessed”. I have a profession I love, a wonderful roof over my head, and two married children with fabulous families. My glass is half full and laughing doesn’t make my face look as terrible as crying.

I always dreamt of living at the beach but now that I’m 15 minutes away I rarely go. I guess I’m taking it for granted. It’s easy to take lots of things for granted.

Spring? Did you see my friend Spring? I think she walked right past us and let Summer walk right in the door. Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons, but enough about me.
What’s new with you? Did you buy tickets to the Wine and Food Festival and have a great time, or are you going to Tennis? I chose tennis this year. I was an avid player in my younger years and love the thrill of the crowd. (They also have fun food and beverages.)
